The Bishop will probably be in London in

May and I shall be obliged if he may be informed on enquiry at the Colonial Office whether Your Lordship has approved the proposal, as it is necessary for him to obtain the assent of the Archbishop of Canterbury to the mortgage deed, which will be required as security for the lom.
